לאחר שימוש אחד זיהיתי ששלושה פריטים פגומים. קיבלתי פריט 6.11, היום 10.11 ולפריט כבר יש סדקים! לא שמתי לב כשזה הגיע ואחרי שימוש אחד ראיתי את זה נסדק (אני לא יודע מה לעשות במצב הזה. האם אני יכול לגבות את הפריטים?

Damage

After one time of using I recognized that three items are damaged. I got item 6.11 , today is 10.11 and the item already has cracks! I did not pay attention when it came and after one usage I saw this cracks( I don’t know what to do in this situation. Can I back the items?

Great Brushes!!

Great Brushes. They are super soft and effective. I've had mine for about four months and they are still really sturdy. I love that you get so many brushes and a travel case for a good price. The case is good quality and good to use when traveling. You can use it as a protective case and a brush holder when you get to your destination.
